WhatsApp Ordering
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. Orders arrive as normal messages, so a personal or Business number both work.
Does the customer still type the order?
No. The message is written from the cart. They only tap Send.
Can I take payment before I confirm?
Yes, if you connect a payment gateway. Customers pay by FPX, DuitNow or card at checkout. Cash or transfer on delivery works too.
Does WhatsMenu need access to my WhatsApp?
No. The order message goes from the customer's phone to your number, like any other message.
