Do customers need an account?
No. A customer record is created from their phone number at checkout. They can sign in to see past orders if they want.
How does loyalty work?
You choose points per ringgit or a stamp per order, and what they can be redeemed for. Customers see their balance at checkout.
Can I export my customers?
Yes, to CSV, any time. They're your customers.
Can I message them?
Sync them to Mailchimp or SendFox for email. WhatsMenu doesn't send marketing messages on WhatsApp.
