How is the delivery fee worked out?
You pick one method: per kilometre, a fee per distance band (for example up to 5 km, up to 10 km), one flat rate, or a fee per state or postcode (for example West and East Malaysia). You can add free delivery above an order amount. Fees by parcel weight aren't supported.
Can I use my own delivery riders?
Yes. Price by distance, draw the area you cover, and give each rider the driver app.
How does Lalamove work?
Connect your Lalamove account, then book a rider from the order. Lalamove charges your account as usual.
Can I ship outside my area?
Yes. Connect EasyParcel and book a courier for any address in Malaysia, with the airway bill ready to print.
Can customers just collect?
Yes. Turn on pickup, set your hours, and customers choose a time.
