Building your catalog from photos just got easier to navigate. The Add items with AI chooser now shows at a glance which option fits what you have — one photo per product, or one photo of a whole menu or price list that AI reads all at once. The flow is much smoother on a phone, too: the choices are easier to tap, photo uploads are more reliable, and you'll now see live progress while each photo is processed instead of wondering if anything happened. Requires the AI Kit app.

Bookings where the customer never showed up now have a proper home. Mark a booking as no-show with one tap on its card (and restore it just as easily if they walk in late), or set a grace period in Settings → Apps → Reservations and let WhatsMenu flag missed bookings automatically. It adds up: customers with 3 or more no-shows in the last 90 days get a warning badge on their future requests, so you know exactly who you're confirming before you hold a slot for them.

When a driver is carrying several deliveries at once, their app now bundles them into a single run — ordered from nearest to farthest from where they are — with one-tap navigation to each stop and the cash to collect shown up front. Fewer back-and-forth trips means quicker deliveries during your busy periods, with no setup on your end.

Every booking confirmation and reminder now includes a secure Manage booking link — no login needed. From it, your customer can cancel (the slot reopens instantly for someone else) or reschedule to another genuinely open time, and you're notified the moment they do. Fewer "sorry, I need to cancel" phone calls, and customers who can move a booking in two taps often reschedule instead of just not showing up. You stay in control: turn either action off in Settings → Apps → Reservations, and the lock window (2 hours by default) means last-minute changes still have to go through you.

You can now set the time between slots under Reservations → Settings — offer start times every 15, 20 or 30 minutes, on the hour, or whatever suits your day. It's separate from how long a service takes: a 30-minute service set to on-the-half-hour offers 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, while the appointment still lasts its full 30 minutes. Default stays 15 minutes, so nothing changes unless you want it to. The service editor is also tidier now — details, time buffers and staff are grouped into clear sections — and the services list shows at a glance which team member performs each one.

No-shows are the most expensive problem in appointment businesses — so bookings can now remind themselves. Pick a window under Settings → Apps → Reservations → Remind customer before their booking (1 to 48 hours) and every confirmed booking sends the customer one automatic reminder ahead of their start time. Speaking of channels: email joins WhatsApp, and you now choose how customers hear from you. Two switches in settings — Notify customers via WhatsApp and via email — set your defaults, and the confirm dialog shows a checkbox per channel so you can decide differently for any single booking. Email is free; the booking form has an optional email field, and customers who fill it in get their confirmations, updates, and reminders in their inbox — with replies going straight to you.

Reservations now understands what your customers are booking, not just when. Define your services under Apps → Services — a haircut, a consultation, a test drive — each with its own duration, optional price, and prep or cleanup padding. The moment you have one active service, your booking form switches to real time slots: customers pick a service and see only the times that are actually open, computed from your business hours minus every existing booking. Taken times never appear, and if two customers race for the last slot, exactly one wins and the other is asked to pick again. Multi-chair salons and multi-room studios can set how many bookings may run in parallel, and a minimum-notice setting keeps last-minute surprises off your calendar. If you don't define services, your booking flow stays exactly as it was.

Skip the manual hand-off. In your Drivers settings you can now have each delivery assigned automatically to the nearest available driver — either the moment your store accepts the order or when it's marked prepared — and they're notified right away. If a driver declines, the order rolls to the next-nearest one on its own. Prefer to assign by hand? Leave it off and nothing changes.

Your drivers can now take a photo at the drop-off point when completing a delivery — the items at the door or with the customer. The photo appears on the order's detail page, ready whenever a "my order never arrived" question comes up. Make it mandatory with the new Require delivery photo toggle in Settings → Apps → Drivers, or leave it optional and let drivers attach one when it's useful.

When a drop-off can't happen — customer unavailable, wrong address, refused — drivers can now mark the order Can't Deliver and pick a reason instead of leaving it hanging. You're notified right away, the reason lands on the order's timeline, and the order page offers the next step: assign a driver again for another attempt, or resolve it manually.

Driver location tracking now keeps running while the driver navigates in Google Maps or Waze — previously the map could go quiet the moment they switched apps. Your order-page and dashboard maps stay live for the whole trip. New order assignments also arrive with a longer, louder alert tone, and tapping the notification takes the driver straight to the order.

Cash orders now come with accountability built in. At every cash drop-off the driver confirms the amount collected, and each driver's running Cash on hand balance shows on your Drivers page. When they hand the cash back, click Settle cash and the balance clears — so at the end of a shift you know exactly who's holding what.

Adding a delivery address from the account area just got easier for your customers. As they type, matching addresses appear as suggestions — they pick the right one and a map drops in with a pin they can nudge to the exact spot. The postal code and country fill in on their own, and there's room to add the block or apartment, floor, entry, and intercom so your driver can find the door on the first try. It's the same address experience customers already get at checkout, now available anytime from their saved addresses — which means cleaner, more complete addresses and fewer missed deliveries for you.

Moving an existing menu online just got much faster. Under AI Tools → Add items with AI, the new From a printed menu or price list option lets you photograph a whole printed page — a menu, a price sheet, a services list — and AI reads every item on it at once, with the prices, then turns the page into draft items for you to review. Printed sizes like S / M / L come in as selectable variants, no-price and "market price" lines are handled gracefully, and anything AI wasn't sure it read is flagged so you can glance at the page and confirm. As always, AI drafts and you approve: every item stays hidden until you enable it on your storefront. Requires the AI Kit app.

Added a second menu language after building your catalog? You no longer have to open every item. On your Catalog page, choose AI Tools → AI-translate catalog: it shows how many items are missing translations and a credit estimate, then works through your catalog item by item with a live progress counter — variant and add-on names included.

It only fills empty language slots, so translations you wrote or edited yourself are never touched, and items that are already translated cost nothing to skip past. That makes it safe to run any time — after adding a language, after a CSV import, or after a batch of new products. Stop whenever you like and run it again later; it continues right where it left off. Also in this update: translations now handle Traditional Chinese panels correctly across all AI translate buttons.

Turn a folder of product photos into a ready-to-review catalog. On your Catalog page, choose AI Tools → Add items from photos, drag in your pictures (up to 60 at a time), and each photo becomes a draft item. Click Analyze with AI and every draft gets a suggested name, summary, and description written from what's visible in the photo — with an option to enhance the photos first so the AI works from a clean image. It even suggests the right category from the ones you already have, and proposes a new one when nothing fits — at no extra credit cost.

Nothing is published on its own. You review everything in one grid: edit the suggested text, confirm or change the category (proposed new categories are only created when you save), set the price and stock, then Save all drafts. Items stay hidden from your storefront until you click Enable all on storefront, so customers never see half-finished work. Have several shots of the same product? Merge them and the extra photos become that item's gallery. Sell in more than one language? A toggle translates each saved item into your other menu languages right after saving — only the text you approved, never your hand-edited translations. You can close the tab mid-way and pick up the same batch later — your progress is saved, and drafts you never come back to are tidied away automatically after about a week.

Ring up sales straight from your phone. The WhatsMenu Vendor app now includes a full POS: browse your catalog in a grid, list, or compact layout, take dine-in, pickup, and delivery orders, and settle with cash, card, pay later, or a scan-to-pay QR code the customer pays on their own phone. Pay-later orders wait on an Open orders screen until you settle or cancel them, and receipts print on supported handheld printers. Find it in the POS tab after updating the app.

If you use the Delivery Trips add-on, the minimum and maximum trips you set now keep to a practical range of 1 to 100. Previously, saving an extremely large maximum could stop the checkout page from loading for your customers. Checkout now handles any value safely, and out-of-range settings are corrected automatically the next time you save. Nothing to change on your end.

At checkout, the delivery distance to your customer now shows to one decimal place — so a trip reads as 10.4 km instead of being rounded to 10 km. It's a small change that makes the distance clearer and easier to trust. Your delivery fees are calculated exactly as before.
